Take me out to the ballgame.....

Petco Park its first year.

Yesterday and Today
Himself: I asked him, “How are you today?” “I are peachy keen,” he laughed.

Herself: He bought me one of those giant, stand up, jewelry cupboards yesterday via barter at an estate sale. My desk is emptier, but so now is my closet.

Today’s the day for us. We are off to Petco Park to sit in the chilly sunshine and watch “scratch and spit.” They are even serving breakfast ib the warning track this year. I can do this. G is contemplating season tickets in the nose bleed section. No one can guarantee our team will win…it’s baseball after all, but we are smiling.

  3. May your team play like the players of old, when baseball really was a game. I loved it back then; don't care nearly as much any more.

  4. So much fun when the anticipated yearly event finally comes. Play ball.

  5. I assume Petco is the company from whence I purchase dog stuff. Don't watch baseball anymore. I quit when Ted Williams retired permanently. Dianne

  8. Here in Pittsburgh we don't have much hope of winning, but I can still get excited about the Cubs, an equally bad team. Guess it depends on where you grew up.
