We are blessed.....

…with friends and family too.

Himself: Forgot to call the doc about his infected surgical site. I’ve been washing with peroxide and putting on Band-Aids with silver sulfadiazine cream three times a day. It looks vastly better, but it’s still bleeding just a trace.

Herself: Had an exceptionally busy day. To energize myself I dressed in dramatic green and white with gobs of gold a la 1988 all the while laughing at myself.

WW foods for the day: The usual breakfasts and lunch. Dinner was at Rudfords: Half a serving of swiss steak, all the mashed potatoes, and all the salad. Oh, and three or four spoonfulls of bread pudding.

It’s been a wonderful social month. From the seeing the daughters and son in law at Lessa’s birthday, to dinner and geocaching with the Captain the other day, we have been blessed with happy days.

From packing to move, driving Kat to the poets group, visiting with Kay down from the wilds of Northern California, visiting twice with Bee, dinner with the P2 Feasters here at the Chicken Pie Shop, playing geocache with the Captain, celebrating Lessa’s birthday with the family, seeing Zoe the hat thief twice, and seeing both Mohave and Zoe playing together, we are blessed.
