23 Patience

Lenora and Lessa looking not quite joyful to pose once again for their father. 1971?

I’m being very sentimental this holiday of Thanksgiving…tho not very patient. It’s exciting to find pictures I didn’t know existed while I bore myself with the endlessness of scan, crop, scan, crop. The patience to run these old pictures through my Blather gifted scanner gives me a look at my kids I’d not seen before. I’m so thankful to have these imagess, and doubly thankful to have both my children alive after their more than tumultuous teen years.

  2. I can see how very different their personalities were and probably are and I am so thankful that they survived. What precious women! Have a pleasant Thanksgiving.

  4. I find it extremely difficult to look at old photos, although I do from time to time. I get so sad. The girls look like real girls, not Barbie pinups. Great photo. Dianne

  7. That's a very professional looking portrait! Black and white has a way of saying more than color somehow. Have a lovely day--eating out should help--no dishes to wash and kitchen to clean!

  8. This is a wonderful photo-not the standard pose, and it seems to show their personalities a bit.
    Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Sigh... I need to get back to my scanning project also.
