A Quiet Day Plus a Little Hair :)

Kassel Castle growing out of granddaughter Sally’s head.

Both G and I were slightly under the weather yesterday perhaps due to the unusual veggie dinner. I had the luxury of being able to stay quiet in bed with a book, but he was out there in the rain with the wrecks.

In the meantime, there’s new family photos to share. I’ve been lax posting them. There are wonderful new books to read already shelved, and best of all, I now have perky hair.

It's delightfully curly every which way...surprisingly so. The photo on the left is still wet hair, and the one on the right is dusty from work. Still perky. I like it.

  9. Great hair. I find short is curly for me, and obviously for you, also. Good stuff.

  10. I don't know why I didn't see those before; I do remember seeing Sally and the castle. I like the shorter hair; I think you will too.

  11. So you found you had curly hair? So did I--I'd always thought of it as having "a tendency to curl in humidity" but it actually is curly now in its rebirth. I think you'll like the convenience of shorter hair--it's not even half-bad still wet! So there you go!
