At least I won’t be moving and shaking myself all day long Tuesdays. That’s good. And to have an easier softer Tuesday, I have to get myself together on Monday. My thought is that if I just move smoothly and with some determined fore-planning, I’ll end up in fine shape.
I’m not stopping going to the pool on Tuesdays. The rest of the day will be sitting here or there, so I’ll survive half an hour of aerobics and a little more of stretches. I found I can’t do the pool and work on Wednesdays and still walk. My clothes for school are hanging over there, my essay is printed and down on the front seat of the truck, and all my extras are in my pockets. Breakfast and lunch will be in my bag. So pool to class then today to the dentist. They have fixed my partial. Oh hurrah. Simply marvelous stuff.
Some days look very good on paper. Yes, I’m grinning.
Good for you, pacing is everything.
ReplyDeleteI like the pots. I wish I could make pots. As I can't make them, I go to the Torpedo Factory and buy them. Or, I buy them somewhere else.
ReplyDeleteI don't know where you get so much energy. Dianne
Energizer bunny!
ReplyDeleteYou are a prime example of someone who has fought and won against addictions. You stick to routines and you know that being consistent is everything. I am hoping that you will be able to be on your feet more soon.
