Nursing Home Ho!!!

I'm wedged into a corner of a shared nursing home room.  Yes I am trying not to be a grumph.  The food is edible, so the staff here hasn't learned the truth about me yet.  Poor G has.  He's been here twice trying to get me on line....the brave man.  Little Pain, but the leg doesn't want to work at all.

Thank you for the caring notes. I appreciate you all.  I'm the most motivated person you all know.

  3. I hope you are feeling better today, Mage.

You are very lucky to have such a good helper and advocate in G.

He really is a great guy.

  6. Keep up your usual tough with humor attitude. You WILL survive this challenge and amaze yourself and G in a few months. Baby steps and lots of humor. If the food is reasonably good, what on earth can you complain about?? ;-)

  7. David shared a room with an amazing man when he had his knee replacement. A former member of some royal family in South America who taught at a local university, or so he said. The first time with his hip replacement he was not so fortunate. HIs roommate had been in an auto accident and was a mess. Sounds like you have roomate number 1. Dianne
