Off to the Fair

Oh, they’ll be cows and sheep,
and high rides to gasp at
they’ll be hucksters and shucksters
all standing pat.

We will not buy the silver
whose prices are beyond us
but we might buy a purse
without any fuss

I always love the art
and George the woodworking
we will catch the images
but not the twerking

At the end of the day
we will be watching
the firemen crashing
and burning…and they will burn a car

This is the reason
that we will be suffering
the crush on the first day
and you the doggeraling.
