Another lovely day. Really
nice. Quiet. Ommmmm…..
Imagine. Yesterday I
took a nap. G played his game.
We bought the cake makings for the meeting and baked the
sheet cake. He helped, and it was popped
in the oven at light speed. I read. After lunch, I napped, read, and we got
dressed. I in black pants, dark peach
shirt, and jacket; G wore black pants and purple striped shirt with a patterned
tie. Yes, you could see him coming. Yes, the speaker was really great.
Sometimes, after a very busy day, these sorts of simple times
are so good for the soul.
Interesting photo...one sheep sheared up to his ears, the other with a neck ruff. Dark peach shirt...sounds lovely. I bought a new shirt yesterday..lots of color.
ReplyDeleteWe have some "fair" events coming up in the next couple of weeks, so I will be for sure out to the animal barns. I just love to see the animals, and your sheep are very nice.

ReplyDeleteI couldn't take a nap while we were on our trip and when the kids were over at our house for 5 weeks. I'm catching up now and it feels good! So glad you had a good day too.
