In 2005, we were high above the San Diego ZOO at Albert’s
Restaurant. In back of George is a soft
wall of Eucalyptus trees blowing in the wind.
Today these trees have a bug, and they are dying. There is no cure yet.
I shoot with an old Canon PowerShot A650is that I drop
often, unfortunately. I manipulate the
images with Photoshop Elements 10 using a vague memory of old style darkroom
techniques. Much to my pleasure, local
colleges and universities are beginning to teach film photography again.
Good for you for hanging in there on the exercise. It's been a bit unpleasant for walking outside with the dog, and she and I are both missing it!
ReplyDeleteToo bad about the Eucalyptus. Does the bug affect all types?
ReplyDeleteI have been pushing hard on lifting weights...free weights and leg weights and I do feel so much better. I hate it and I really have to pull myself into place with a rough hand!
ReplyDeleteMmmm that'a handsome young man you have there my dear.
