Just taking that vitamin D
has made a major difference in my life.
I started cutting on that
long stalled quilt. I wrote a children’s
picture book story inspired by the ladies in my morning class. I also wrote a cover letter, an inquiry
letter, and found an agent. Today I am
off to work shortly, but when I get home, I’ll review all three things.
This morning, I was wicked
and stayed home to finish the book I was reading. It was great.
I also started up the stairs without my usual long pause at the bottom to
consider life, the way the sun moves through the heavens, and the moon and its
effects on me. George made a beautiful
sandwich for me while I stirred up my yogurt and fruit-only jelly. The book and yogurt were wonderful. It’s Friday.
Wow, that's amazing! You can illustrate it too right?
ReplyDeleteSounds like a perfectly wonderful day! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteGreat accomplishments I am sure!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are back in harmony with the universe!
ReplyDeleteIt's days like these that make it all worth while. And you never know when they will come along so it's always worth hanging on in:)
ReplyDeleteOops. Forgot about Longmire. Been really binging on Grey's Anatomy on Netflix.
ReplyDeleteA book! Exciting, I hope you do your own art, your sketches are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI already take B-Complex and E, but will pick up some D the next time I'm out & about. Am considering acupuncture for my pain.
ReplyDeleteI'm still puzzling over the photo? So vitamin D gave you pizzazz...wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI've been taking Vit. D when Dr. recommended, but can't say as I recalled noticing any specific energy boost from doing so or feeling that I needed one, but glad you are -- whatever works.
ReplyDeleteYour quilts fascinating. Need to have some quilted I have from my Mom years ago, but guess they do them by machine now.
I take a big Vitamin B capsule each afternoon which seems to give me a boost. I take Vitamin D every other day to help my calcium intake. I say whatever works, do it.
ReplyDeleteYou certainly are busy and accomplishing much so, as my doctor says, "whatever you're doing, keep doing it."
Good for you! It's great to relax and enjoy life. I'm take some Vitamin D myself lately because my test results showed I was low. Hard to believe in Hawaii.
