The actual test itself wasn’t too bad for me.  The machine worked this time.  We got there at 0730, and I got out of the recovery room around three PM.  Most everyone was kind and very attentive.  Even more so when I began having AFIB again.   No, I can’t tell when my heart is burping.  By three I was beyond thirsty and almost very hungry and had the AFIB tapers in my hands.

There’s an acre of medical appointments just hovering in the background…tomorrow’s is the one with my primary doc.  Today was the dentist for the backup plate.  I don’t like it.  George will be coming with me tomorrow which I do like.

  3. Don't you hate having your dance card filled by doctors? Hope you get good results soon.

  4. There just never seems to be an end to the misery they insist on putting us through.

  5. I like that, too. Almost as much as I like your scooter. Damn afib! Happens to me occasionally. I do like the way all the medicos scurry around for an afib!

  7. So glad they were able to do the test and you came through o.k. (not counting the AFIB. :/) I saw the Cardiologist today -- he vaguely remembered me from the visit in Tehachapi 6 years ago! LOL Talk about tests!! Gads... they've got me lined up with everything under the sun! An Echo-cardiogram, an ultra-sound, and a chemical stress test. They did another EKG today since they didn't have a record of the one done last month in my GP's office. Getting old sucks! Love you...

  8. Well, I just had a new term to look up. I doubt that I’ll remember it.
