I felt remarkably content with small things yesterday. Laundry, swimming, checking on museums together
with Bee over the web. Did you know that
if you buy one museum membership that validates its card with a gold sticker,
through NARM
you can get into most US museums free.
Amazing that.
Even the laundry didn’t phase me. I did run by the thrift store to tidy the
books and get extra photos for the week for Facebook. Even the fact that the photo loading on the
business sites has a steep learning curve didn’t bother me. Took time tho. I spent most of the afternoon figuring out
how to go back and forth between albums.
He skipped the gym because of technical difficulties. Fixed now, the printer is now a network printer and
works beautifully. While he was pushing
wires around, he moved the scanner wires next to me for easy access. Progress indeed. I have no excuse and am off to the pool. Dinner with Poolie. Maybe that’s it. Anticipated laughter. I feel awfully good for an old lady.
Us? Laughter? YESSSS!
ReplyDeleteI understand. As I attempt to recover from this latest debacle, I'm trying hard to not get hung up on what I can't do and focus on what I can manage.
ReplyDeleteI'll be glad when I can get back to what passes for normal in my world.
A Happy Happy Day for sure. Dianne
ReplyDeleteWill your book photos have anything to do with the banned books project?
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing quite like a yellow rose.
ReplyDeleteI love anticipating laughter - one of the best things to look forward to!
ReplyDeleteExcuse my ignorance, Mage, but what is NARM. That sounded intriguing and I really would like to know more.
