She was holding her own Friday. She did get out of bed once, walk across the room, sit in a chair and then returned to bed. She hurts but is improving. She will be moved to a skilled nursing facility today for rehab. Every day she is slightly better and is keeping a positive attitude. I sit in a chair beside her bed and hold her hand while she sleeps and keeps a tight grip on my hand.

    Please give her a hug when she is awake enough to receive it. I'm sure the hard part isn't over yet but every day she will feel stronger.
