It has been a long battle against Aids and good people have died. The battle is still on-going however. A vaccine will be a huge breakthrough. We live in hope!

ReplyDeleteProgress against AIDs has been miraculous. I'm glad you are enjoying a spell of cooler weather and some peacefulness, even with the guilt.
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine used to say, "Show me a woman without guilt and I'll show you a man." I feel guilty on an average of, say, 1,000 times a day.
This is one of so many possibilities for the day of giving. Stop with the guilt, already! Today is the first day of the rest of your life, so let's make it a happy guilt-free one.

ReplyDeleteI sometimes wonder if Pharma companies truly seek cures for some medical diagnoses, or if providing medications to keep them under control is enough. Let's hope science finds cures for AIDS and numerous other diseases.
