It’s going to be a busy day.
Swim, make an appointment to get a hip shot, get hair cut at ten, and go see new eye MD at two thirty. Drag out decent but lightweight good clothes. Lessa is picking me up in her SUV that passed smog at five thirty, and I am going to go hear her speak and eat a free dinner.
Grampa is the brave one. He’s taking Zoe to Chucky Cheese for dinner then coming home to watch a movie. He’s downloaded coupons for this occasion. Personally, I bet they never get to the movie.
Sounds lovely. Sometimes I wish I had a grandchild that age, again. Maybe not exactly for Chucky Cheese, but just for hanging out together.
ReplyDeleteYou're going to have to update your picture soon...all the pounds lost, new haircut and all that! Still lovin' your photographs of views from the train. Looking forward to more from the next trip.
ReplyDeleteAwwww! Pizza with grandpa! That is the sweetest thing!
ReplyDeleteSounds great!!! I wish my grands were near but I still have the kids across the street!
ReplyDeleteSounds wonderful. I'm glad things are better with Lessa. Grampa is a good guy for doing Zoe duty. Sounds good for everyone. Thanks for the compliment on my blog.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I remember now that this is the big speech. You will be so proud. Great stories to share with Grampa tonight.
ReplyDeleteHow nice, a girls night out and granpa with the kids. Your photo is the only sunshine I have had today. Oh woe is me. Dianne
ReplyDeleteKudos to Grandpa, I love my grands but won't go near dear Chuckie's. How wonderful to be able to hear your daughter's speech. Quite a day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a grandpa!!
