The three
M’s having fun joking about being the three fat ladies, 2013.
Margot and Zoe drove down to pick up Milaka airport. Thanks to her stepmother, she was able to fly
down and ride over to Arizona with her sister.
They talked all the way from the airport, talked through dinner, and I’m
sure are still talking. We had them to
dinner here….which Laka ordered by phone from Portland.
The pizza was good, but Filipe’s makes a better antipasto
salad. Did I say that?
The Great Geezer was right in the middle of it all, and he
held up well surrounded by three fat ladies, volumes of laughter, and a few
tears. I had over done at the pool and
was only half holding up. It was a very
good visit.

Life is Really in the
Footnotes:
Himself: Worked through the noise and
confusions of visitors right up to five, then
he ran over and picked up dinner.
Seemed to enjoy the girls, and enjoyed three episodes of West Wing.
Herself: The tendon in front, the one that
snapped all those years ago in yoga and snapped in the middle of the night
several weeks ago, it doesn’t like me at all after the pool walk. By bed time, I couldn’t walk on land either. I’ll calI the doc when the office opens. I
took a half a pain pill and slept through the night for the very first time
since surgery.
Reading: Nothing at the moment. Imagine that.
Balance: Not going to the pool today.
Laughter is so healing. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. :)
ReplyDeleteTook me a while to get over here today. Having computer issues again. I think I need a PhD in computer science to figure out this thing. Heck, I don't even know what an IPAD is, although my oldest granddaughter says I need one. Ha Ha.
ReplyDeleteGlad you are having so much fun. Are these your girls? Dianne
Laughter and a few tears, all good stuff with friends who accept and love each other "as is!"
ReplyDeleteHope relief is just that phone call way for the tendon.
I missed a few entries these past few days. Good to know daughters are able to see their dad without financial stress.
ReplyDeleteGreat medicine - laughter.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how men are e
fascinated by girl talk?
Sorry to hear you overdid it and must be feeling some pain, but I love your happy photos!
ReplyDeleteI love the photos... and even your title because there is so much joy emanating from the whole post.
