“Tower 4.” This year
the San Diego Lifeguards celebrate 100 years of service. I didn’t make any effort in any way to get
this photograph. The lifeguard towers were
stored for the winter in Ocean Beach. I
drove by and pointed my camera. Serendipity
indeed.
I shoot with an old Canon PowerShot A650is that I drop often,
unfortunately. I manipulate the images
with Photoshop Elements 10 using a vague memory of darkroom techniques taught
me by PAH from Art Center in LA.
