Many
years ago, many tall ships visited San Diego.
I photographed as much as I could of these ships that day. Only as we were leaving for home did I see
this shot. It’s not a true portrait as
are other’s in this series. It captures
a modern moment on one of Hitler’s training ships that made me smile.
