Peaceful
here today. Sunshine here or there.
A
monsoonal mess is moving in from the south, and the humidity is appalling. He’s
tucked inside with his Mountains of wrecked cars, and I will be inside at the
shop shuffling books. If the Holiday books didn’t sell this last week, I’ll set
them aside for the real Christmas sale.
Peaceful here.

I always love this photo...kind of looks like a movie set photo and looks as Abe Lincoln is about to join them.
ReplyDeleteI've changed it slightly...but not well.
DeleteLoved your topic today.
There's nothing more lovely than an ordinary day.
ReplyDeleteYes, it is a gift.
DeleteLove this photo, Mage. Enjoy an ordinary day!
ReplyDeleteWe could do with some rain - nice gentle ground soaking rain. Not torrential monsoonal stuff 😊
ReplyDeleteYour picture is reminiscent of a time gone by when people did look to the sea for signs of things to come - maybe monsoonallike weather!
Wonderful image, and lovely thoughts too. Greetings to you.
ReplyDeleteI sure hope that's a bustle or some such. :)
ReplyDeleteNow for a non ordinary tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteLove that look into the past. Always good to have a plan B. Stay cool and dry.
ReplyDelete(REACH ANOTHER) › to reach someone or something by moving faster than the other person or thing: She is really fast, and I couldn't catch up with her.
