ReplyDeleteGood for you for taking charge! May all your test results be beneficial. And may all your grands be as lovely as the big fellow with the flag.

ReplyDeleteI had a falafel salad for dinner last night. Must have had ESP :-)
ReplyDeleteWow! I'm proud of you too. Good luck with your breathing test. I have a CT scan of my brain and sinus area on Thursday.
ReplyDeleteI did really good on exercise last week. Almost every day plus lots of steps. This week it is all downhill. Have fun a Comic Con and wonderful that your grandson is so socially active.
ReplyDeleteI hope the test goes well today.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the tests. Well done with the diet!
ReplyDeleteWill be interested to hear how the breathing test goes. I have one coming up next week.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the pool work.
May the testing bring happy results. I'm exercising at home for now. Half an hour in the am, 5 days in row so far. I have to lick my finger to make my phone respond. Oddly of comforting it's not just me. My son bought me one of those stylus, I will try to remember to use it.
