ReplyDeletePeace and joy to you this Christmas, Mage.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Mage and George! That is such a wonderful way to decorate your door. Have a fabulous celebration!
ReplyDeleteNow that is how to decorate a door. Have a wonderful Christmas Mage and George.
ReplyDeletePeace and happiness for you and George this Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI love that picture. When I was very small that's how my father did the front door of our house, like a wrapped package. I don't think there was a wreath though. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and George!
ReplyDeleteHope your Christmas day special!
ReplyDeleteI remember this door decoration. I thought it was so cool! Hugs to you and G. Hope your Christmas was as special as you two are! We had a nice quiet day--I had a ham dinner from the grocery store and made Heavenly Hash (fruit salad with marshmallows and cool whip) for dessert. Good stuff...
ReplyDeleteMay you had a wonderful Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThat is a pretty door. Happy Holidays to you and George!
ReplyDeleteHoping all is o.k. with you. Will try to call later.
ReplyDeleteJust an FYI for friends of Mage -- Mage is in the hospital, and has been for the past 3 weeks. She had bacterial pneumonia and has recovered from the infection but being bedridden for 3 weeks has left her weak. She's being transferred to a convalescent center (the same one she was in 2 years ago) and they will give her physical therapy to strengthen her so she can return home.
ReplyDeleteIf anyone wants to send Mage a get well or thinking of you card, e-mail me at cardsformage@gmail.com and I will give you my mailing address. I will then forward your cards to Mage. Meanwhile, your prayers and positive thoughts for her recovery would be greatly appreciated.
ReplyDeleteIt looks good and I sometimes put stickers on the doors too.

Mage, do you know that you can already order test kits? https://www.covidtests.gov/
ReplyDeleteThey opened it up early to test it. Might be easier to do it now than tomorrow.
I don't think Mage is actually looking for test kits right now. But I'm sure she'll see your comment eventually and will know you were thinking of her. Thanks!
DeleteHope to see Mage back blogging soon as she regains her strength with P.T. Sending her hugs!
ReplyDeleteNo word yet on when Mage will return home. If you'd like to send her a thinking of you card, you can write to me at cardsformage@gmail.com and I will forward the cards on to her. Hearing from friends is one of the keys to healing. Thanks for thinking of her... Carol Westover (aka Tehachap)
ReplyDeleteMage has tested positive for COVID and her care facility is in total lockdown. If you or anyone else would like to send her a card, e-mail me at cardsformage@gmail.com and I’ll give you my address. If you send a card to me, I’ll forward it along with one from me. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI know Mage would appreciate hearing from each of you. If you want to send her a note or a thinking of you card, message me and I will give you my address. I will then forward the mail on to Mage along with a card from me. If you're not feeling good, a card from a friend helps get you through the day. Thank you in advance for your positive thoughts, prayers and cards for Mage! Blessings... Carol (aka Tehachap)
