One of the meds I am taking renders my hands fluttering like a butterflies wings. Sometimes they are small things. I dropped my glasses in the dead of the night, then I rolled over them in my wheelchair. It took all day to get them right again. These are the repaired pair. Dear G found another “last pair” for me. Brand new frames that say DIOR on the box, two bags, and a holder. Made me laugh.
Now I have a step to practice on. Up, down, up, down. If you want me, I will be either up or down.
I can't seem to make paragraph breaks these last two days...darn it.
ReplyDeleteDon't you hate the side effects of these miracle drugs? So glad you were able to repair your glasses and your new ones sound quite impressive. DIOR yet. Keep those steps going.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you got your glasses repaired too. I'm sorry though that you're having a problem with your meds. It's so hard to know what the side effects will be.
ReplyDeleteIt’s a bit of a struggle for you right now. A bit is an undersell though.
ReplyDeleteKeep on steppin’ Mage.
ReplyDeleteI hate that they treat our bodies as chemical factories. Do they know the interactions of all of these chemicals? I am so sorry about the eyeglasses. I am sure that frustrated you even more. Can you wear them on a chain around your neck and only remove them when you head for bed? George is a patient soul as are you!!
ReplyDeleteUp, down, up, down. Pretty soon it will be up, up, down, down. And yay for no kidney damage, that at least.
ReplyDeleteDon't you just hate lasix! I sure do.
ReplyDeleteDamn drugs. The wicked aspect of getting better? Doesn't make sense, does it! xoxoxox
ReplyDeleteWell, damn! I hate Lasix, but know that it's necessary for my heart. Just the pits. My current glasses are tweaked from that fall I had a month or two ago. I can't find my last 'o.k.'
ReplyDeleteglasses, LOL but new ones are on the horizon! Here's hoping you'll be making that trip upstairs soon. Hang in there!!! Love you!
